Payments

  • A card is required to be on file at the time of booking. The card on file will be charged for all non-refundable retainer fees and balances.

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of $30 will be required at the time of booking, and will go towards your total for the service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made within 24 hours of your appointment. Please note the 24 hour timeframe is calculated using the start time of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made within 24 hours of the start time of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and reschedules not made within the 24 hour mark will automatically be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the service, with the option to transfer your appointment to another day based on provider availability.

  • No shows and same day cancellations will be charged the remaining balance. The option to transfer your appointment to another day will be offered based on provider availability.

  • There will be a 10 minute grace period allowed. If you arrive after this 10 minute grace period, you will be considered a no show resulting in the card on file being charged the remaining balance, with the option to reschedule based on provider availability.

Facial Policies

  • Please arrive to your facial service without any makeup. Makeup removal will be an additional $5.00 to your remaining balance. Please be aware that your esthetician reserves the right to include the $5.00 makeup removal fee to the remainder of your balance if you arrive to your appointment with makeup on the area to be serviced.

  • If you have received Botox, Fillers, or laser services, please DO NOT book any facial or wax appointments until after 10-14 days from the date you received the service

  • Accutane MUST be discontinued for 6 months before receiving any facial other than a Basic Facial. Please note exfoliation and steam will be omitted from Basic Facial if currently on Accutane.

  • Please do not exfoliate within 24 hours of your appointment or the day of your appointment.

  • Please refrain from waxing area to be serviced 72 hours before your treatment.

  • Please refrain from shaving the area to be serviced 24-48 hours before your treatment.

  • Discontinue use of topical retinol products 72 hours before your treatment, with the exception of prescribed Vitamin A products ( Renova/Tretinoin, Tazorac, Differin/Adapalene, and other Retin A/Vitamin A) derivates 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment

  • Please refrain from using products with active ingredients and acids (glycolic acid, salicylic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, kojic acid, azelaic acid, arbutin) and hydroquinone within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Please note that your esthetician reserves the right to exclude exfoliation from services should the exfoliation and facial waxing policy mentioned above be violated. The price of service will not be altered on account of this violation.

Additional Guests

  • Appointments are limited to the client only. Additional guests and/or children are not allowed due to space limitations.

  • If a client must be accompanied by another individual due to health concerns, please contact PSB via email.
